The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Center University of Lampung (Unila) participates in submitting its contribution on National Action Plan (NAP) by fulfilling SDG 12 and 13 matrixs, on sustainable production and consumption and climate change actions.
Unila submitted 3 programs, on, Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM), Implementing the ISO 14001 at the University Of Lampung, and Mangrove Area Conservation. To achieve goals from these programs, Unila is working together to take action by doing recycling, promoting the use of recycle product and mapping the Mangrove land using Drones.
Five years after the declaration of the SDGs, the government has strengthened the country’s development towards achieving the 17 SDGs. The SDGs aim to achieve a decent lives for all on a healthy planet by 2030. The achievement of 17 SDGs is supported by all parties and stakeholders. One of the hands of the government has achieve SDGs is the Ministry of National Development Planning (KemenPPN)/BAPPENAS participating in efforts to achieve SDGs by arranged a Voluntary National Review (VNR) of SDGs 2021 and NAP SDGs 2020-2024, which will be containing by SDGs program, study or review of SDGs program, and evaluation of SDGs program implementation within a certain period of time.

SDGs also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by the United Nations (UN) in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity. The 17 SDGs are integrated—they recognize that action in one area will affect outcomes in others, and that development must balance social, economic and environmental sustainability.
